Responsibilities:
This dynamic position will take you into a highly collaborative
environment, interacting with and influencing senior leaders (Marketing,
Information Management, Risk) across American Express and translating
customer data into business strategies. Partner with Marketing to create
value-added strategic analyses that directly drive business goals. You
will lead the end-to-end process of creating actionable marketing
analytics and customer insights (e.g., identify and create relevant
datasets, perform data analyses and modeling, synthesize relevant
conclusions, and present recommendations to senior management).

Required Qualifications:
Expertise in strategic business analysis and optimization
-Aptitude in displaying and communicating data analysis
-Experience in manipulating large datasets and samples
-Sound understanding of statistical analysis, including multivariate
statistical analysis, factor analysis, experimental test design, time
series analysis.
-Experience in statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression,
cluster analysis, segmentation).
-Basic SAS programming skills.
-Degree in a quantitative or social science field preferred (e.g.,
Statistics, Econometrics, Engineering, Mathematics) or MBA. Advance
degree preferred.
