Financial Analyst I

Responsibilities:

The candidate will manage results, analysis and forecasting for the American Express Technology Strategy and Operations organization. Primary responsibilities will include: monthly financial reporting and variance commentary, budgeting/forecasting and support for Technologies business partners. The successful candidate will drive results through continuous process improvement, standardization of reporting and elimination of non-value added activities.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years experience in financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or another related field required.
- Requires demonstrated analytical experience and stong interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter who can work under tight deadlines.
- Requires strong Excel, Power Point and Essbase skills.
