Business Analyst II Job
Responsibilities:
Daily monitoring of production processing from capture through AR & AP
and other downstream systems for all regions. Ensure timely and accurate
processing of U.S., Canada, Latin America, EMEA and JAPA. Identify and
resolve issues and balance critical jobs and control points for all
regions. Communicate issues and solutions to all levels of management,
business partners and technical support.

Required Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to drive process
improvement.
- Superior problem solving, oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a dynamic environment, under minimal
supervision.
- Strong sense of urgency and demonstrated ability to exceed
expectations.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Knowledge of IMS, TSO, CAS, Managenow and UNITECH a plus.
