Financial Analyst I

Responsibilities:
The Manager of Finance, Global Business Services has primary responsibility for business analytical support, expense analysis, line-item P&L management, financial modeling, management reporting, and ad-hoc analysis. The role interfaces extensively with the GSG HQ Finance team and the LOB leaders with a focus on evaluating key business drivers, financial trends and risks/opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze month end results and prepare reports for review with Finance and LOB leadership
- Analyze and report on details of expenses (i.e. T&E, S&B); identify risks and opportunities
- Lead monthly Investment Optimization reporting process
- Manage headcount tracking and control process and corresponding reporting
- Work with LOB leaders to develop forecasts and the annual Plan
- Present analysis and status updates to project stakeholders
